On October 2nd, 1951, the communist Soviet Union launched Operation Osen. Over 16,000 people in Lithuania, mostly people who had refused to join collective farms, were awakened in the middle of the night, loaded onto cattle cars, and taken by train to Siberia.

Everyone knows we British are proud of our culture, our land, our history, our resilient people and especially our dogs!
Some call us far right for enjoying the simple pleasures and values that we were brought up with. Like country pubs and walks with our dogs and a good old gossip.
So this one is for you Jenny Riddell Carpenter.
Hopefully you will grow a sense of humour that increasingly appears to be seriously lacking in liberal far left socialists.

In opposition, Angela Rayner gave the impression that transparency was very important to her.
Now it turns out that her dept destroyed evidence submitted to devise a new "Islamophobia" definition.
Did she consult with the Muslim Brotherhood?
@AngelaRayner what are you hiding!?

I support John Cleese.
"John Cleese, you’re not a comedian - you’re a hate preacher. Birmingham and its community outright reject your so-called 'comedy.' You aren't welcome here."
Muslim activists in Birmingham have released a video condemning British comedian John Cleese ahead of his visit to perform in the city.
The activists accuse Cleese of promoting anti-Muslim and anti-Islam views, pointing to a series of controversial comments he has made about Islam and Muslims on X.
In March, Cleese claimed that the Qur’an’s teaching was “ALL about acquiring power, killing ‘infidels’ and imposing Islam on everyone”, while arguing that Britain’s Christian tradition was superior.
Cleese has rejected accusations of Islamophobia, describing himself instead as “Islamosceptic”.
He is due to perform at Birmingham Town Hall on September 20 as part of his John Cleese and the Holy Grail tour, which is visiting 18 venues across England.
Several of the cities on the tour, including Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Bedford, are home to substantial Muslim communities.

A new petition in the UK which would “Require Government departments, NHS, education and publicly funded bodies to use the words women, girls, mothers and pregnant women as the primary and default wording in policies, guidance and public messages. These words must not be replaced, removed, diluted or overshadowed by alternative wording.
“We believe clear, sex-specific language is essential to safeguarding and safe healthcare for women, men and children, ensuring that biological differences, risks and needs are properly recognised and understood.”

And apparently they are going to resurrect the RWF but as the Royal Welfare Fusiliers, the RHA as the Royal Handout Artillery and the RRF as the Royal Regiment of Foodbanks. The RAF Regt remains unchanged as that has always been a welfare unit!

In the last few months, my life has changed beyond all compare. I made a decision to support my Jewish friends and without hesitation. I feel anxious almost everywhere I go but I do not regret my decision. I have seen friends that I have helped and supported turn on me without a conversation. It hurts because I know that not only do they know Jewish people but they have benefited hugely from the association with Jews. British Jews have always made London better from Philip Sallon's crazy nightclubs to the brick lane Bagel shop.
More importantly and most shocking is that many of these anti Isreal people have zero political instincts. They only care because it has become fashionable to care. I would go as far to say that they are the biggest and most hideous cowardly fakes to walk this earth. Why are people who support their Jewish friends being called to account while these fakes, like Ed Sheeran, Jade and countless others get to pretend to care about a situation they could not comprehend even if they really tried. I support anyone calling for peace. That is what we should all be doing. How can Isreal be an apartheid state when Arabs and Christians live there peacefully and are part of the political system? As for Ed Miliband, clearly we know why he never because Prime Minister and Andy Burnham won't be getting my vote. In life there are people who see what's going on and others who just blindly follow the trends. Remember. Fashions change.
Yes. I do mean you!

Who could have imagined that, after the barbarity of October 7, the British Government would choose to punish Israel?

PLEASE HELP MAKE THIS YOUNG MAN FAMOUS
Yotam Budnik is a 12th-grade student from Rehovot 🇮🇱 just won a gold medal at the International Olympiad in Informatics in Uzbekistan but was not allowed to compete under the Israeli flag.
When Yotam was awarded his medal 🏅 stepped onto the podium, pulled an Israeli flag out of his pocket and wore it in defiance of the Anti-Semitic discrimination.
While the medal 🏅 was revoked from him for his courage, he has no regrets
"The law that prevents me from waving the flag is based only on politics, and I thought there was no place for that in a scientific competition", he said.
The organizers demanded that he return his medal.
Yotam said no.
Organizers took away his certificate and removed his ranking from the website.
Please help make sure the world knows the name Yotam Budnik and that he is not only a world class computer science genius, but also a man of courage and pride of the Jewish people 💙
