I thought matcherino hosts were supposed to help players. I understand rules are rules but I’m still super confused why he chose to not help us, as it doesn’t affect any other teams and was just a simple mistake on our end. His user is below. Anyone else have issues with him?

At the end of the day the Europeans are just too good.
When I came to this tournament my goal was to make worlds so I can be proud that I left competitive at the highest level.
Even though that wasn’t the case, I’m proud of the way I played. And felt like I showed myself at least that I can still do it.
Sadly, it takes my parents flying across the word, my brother taking the coach spot. My teammates doing everything I need. And the BSC staff letting me get away with things I shouldn’t. Just to be able to play healthy and normal. I’m so thankful for everyone I’m surrounded by who let me for the first time in a few years actually feel healthy and normal while playing.
Even in defeat, I have so many fans and friends who left me up and make me feel good about myself. The fans in China were so nice and supported us the entire way.
Even though I lost, I’m proud of what I accomplished in my brawl career. I’ve done as well as anyone who has lived on my side of the earth, I’ve created a community and fanbase which somehow truly touches every spot on the earth. And I’ve created a life for myself I’ve never envisioned myself living.
For all of this, even in defeat today. I feel like a winner. Thank you everyone for supporting my journey.

I don’t know where to start, but I’ll make up some words. I really wanna thank, Bobby Sans Patchy and Duckie for giving me a chance through out these months from July to now. Joining KDS has helped me grow a lot as an individual, qualifying for LCQ was another of those moments that made me realize how much work is done behind the game, I am very proud of the 3rd place achieved at this lcq and even though it is sad ending the season 1 match from World Finals I am still very happy of what was accomplished, and I thank again this roster for being incredible. See you in 2027! And in Tokyo since I’ll be there as a viewer 😄

hello guys for $5 a month you could send one of my lovely staff members to worlds and get some cool perks
just reality of mobile esports is that it's hard. I've been able to shoulder everything myself until now but passion only takes you so far. everyone working with me has so much of that passion, but at the end of the day, I'm just a student and can't sustain it forever.
put as much thought as I was able to into making Insiders something that is affordable, supports our operating costs to keep some of our projects running on the daily, and unique from anything else on the market.
We want to be able to keep the quality of BSEN you've come to expect. No matter what happens next, thank you for your support over the past 5 years. I know I'm not the best lead, but I'll continue to try my best.
End goal is to be able to fund a trip to worlds for someone like Darth/senka/domori/Mr. C to get more press content you've been asking for. we'll see if we can make it happen
