Small update on the stuck packs: If you've opened a pack and if it got stuck, the system now opened it automatically for you and sent you the card/watch. Please check your wallet (you can check on collectorcrypt website as well). Opening new cards will be fixed shortly.

Did you open the pack before or after you bought pullback?

It is getting fixed and you will be open again on our web. Also you have to hold PULLBACK coin to be able to eligible for refunds on packs opened on other websites. This allows for example to people to buy our coin on Pump App and directly open packs there.

Still working on the fix, website will restart couple times meanwhile. There is a small bug, Collector Crypt isn't sending the cards so that's why we closed opening packs until it's fixed. Meanwhile you can open cards on Pump App or Jupiter and get refunded (on claims page).

Aware of some packs not opening on collector crypt. Fix is being deployed right now. Website will be restarted now.
