What do you do if an agent charges you for something it didn't deliver?
right now, nothing. no chargeback, you just pay
I built this on @Arc with Arc Studio
Studio built most of it, I took it from there and continued the work with claude code
It actually started as my idea for the GenLayer Agent Tank hackathon, where it made the top 10 pitches. the first version ran on GenLayer's GenVM with the AI judge living inside the contract
so what is Notch? A USDC clearing layer on Arc for AI agents that pay each other
agents are going to be billing each other constantly, tiny amounts per API call. protocols like x402 handle the paying part fine
but none of them fix the problem I started with: getting charged for something that wasn't delivered
Notch is built around that moment!
the second a charge is made, it commits a fingerprint of its receipt onchain
If one looks wrong, you challenge it with a 1 USDC bond and an arbitrator pulls the evidence, checks it against that fingerprint and rules: keep the charge, cut it down or throw it out
if you win, you don't pay it and you get your bond back.
the charges normally just sit on a tab and get paid together once a cycle instead of one at a time, so you skip the gas every call
also after spending a lot of time in arc studio, two things I'd love to see:
1. let me choose how hard the agent thinks. small tasks just need a quick pass, harder ones are worth letting it think longer. right now there's no way to change it
2. a terminal I can actually use. there's one already, but it wouldn't let me type anything so I couldn't run my own commands

It was great hanging out with the Arc Studio team today!
really enjoyed seeing the @Arc Studio devs walk us through what they've been building, share some of their plans and answer questions from the community
big thanks to Sam for hosting and keeping the conversation going!

Loved catching up with the builders at Arc Office Hours today
today’s builders showcased Evabob, Fundit and Hashcrew, so many interesting ideas coming to life across @Arc
big respect to everyone putting in the work and helping the ecosystem move forward
Another great day at Arc Office Hours!
today builders demoed FlowFi and AskirawaFi, showcasing what’s being built on @Arc
loved seeing the community support each other, with one stepping in to translate during the FlowFi demo
that’s the spirit of building together💙

another Tuesday, another round of @arc office hours
this week we got to explore two awesome builds: Clearmark and Arbiter
the best part is seeing the community grow together
one Tuesday at a time 💙
I think @axisrobotics could have done better
while kaito’s allo unlocked 100%, those who actually tested the product and contributed data to help train their model have to wait until April 2027 for their tokens to unlock!
let’s move forward, but this is still discrimination.
today’s @arc Technical Office Hours was a great reminder of how much easier onchain development can get
this session focused on building a USDC subscription app and comparing the standalone workflow with using arc studio through claude code
Arc studio turns a simple prompt into a working onchain app!
also check out what i built with arc studio ↓

Today’s @arc office hours was a really good one
as usual, builders got to share what they’ve been building on arc, see what others are working on and just hang out together
and towards the end it turned into a bit of everything; everyday topics, favorite anime and movies, laughs and just chilling with everyone; with @samconnerone & @bobbilee joining in too
honestly those moments are just as fun
another great arc office hours 💙
just completed Arc 101: Introduction to Arc
Arc 101 is a 6-week, 12-part bootcamp by Encode Club, covering Arc, wallets, stablecoin payments, cross-chain USDC and StableFX
really enjoying the bootcamp and getting deeper into the arc ecosystem and the future of stablecoin payments
if you’re building around stablecoins or just want to understand what @arc is all about, definitely check out arc 101 on encode club
6 weeks. 12 lessons. Lots to learn
just applied for @jumperapp sale
the sale already 21x oversubscribed!!
as a TransferTo OG, i don't even think my application will get accepted, but just trying my luck here🤞
2400 @jumperapp xp and a dream🫡
the last legion token sale i participated did a 4x btw ( ethereum:0x01791f726b4103694969820be083196cc7c045ff )
obviously this one will be heavily oversubscribed
Technical Office Hours is live
interesting session diving into @arc’s onramp, earn and borrow kits and how they work
great to see the tech being discussed and questions getting answered in real time with Tay Elton
still waiting for arc erc-8183 AgenticCommerce to launch on mainnet, as @SplitsyApp relies on it

Binance just invested $100M in @Circle
The deal expands their partnership around USDC, with Binance planning to push USDC further into savings, investment products and trading pairs, including lower fees for some USDC pairs
And the timing is interesting!
Circle just launched @Arc, its new USDC-native Layer 1 and Binance already integrated USDC on Arc as the mainnet went live!
USDC + Binance + Arc
Circle is clearly building a much bigger onchain financial stack around USDC
