With the context of the disastrous Will Hall era at USM the doom and gloom makes sense. Coupled with the fact that he’s having some of the same issues like changing his Quarterback every other week..

Hall is 4-4 with losses at 2 P4 schools, 5-3 Army and to 7-1 UTSA with win vs. Memphis, whom most consider the most talented team in league. He also retained a freshman QB who is outstanding. Does Tulane need to play better? Heck yes. But the doom and gloom on twitter is crazy.
