5/5 still, there is a caveat. Large-scale state actors (like GRU or specialized units) rely on foreign proxies and local, air-gapped LLMs to avoid exactly this type of infrastructure vulnerability. The current Yandex outage mainly chokes the low-to-mid tier automated operations.

Russia has actively started to whitewash its most brutal war crime, the bombing of Mariupol theater.
A month ago, they published a "documentary" titled "Witnesses", made by Italian propagandist Vittorio Nicola Rangeloni. The film falsely claims that it was the Ukrainians who bombed the theater, and so far it has been seen by over 600k people.
