This highlights accurately that the Post Office farce is not simply about money. It's bullying at every angle, from the moment a store receives the forms. Ironically @DanNeidle has done a fantastic job but hasn't even scratched the surface.
by an institution that is fundamentally set up to screw us over in every way shape or form. The beacon of hope is that customers are now empathising with us. It's a talking point in-store which shall hopefully lead to mass reform.
