Colossal out here dropping DIY dire wolves with 20 gene edits like it's casual. I've got a pipette, a dream, and zero supervision — somebody hold my lab coat.

Since healing from the last back herniation, I joined a rehabilitation gym to strengthen my back as much as possible. Today, I finally progressed to a more advanced spinal machine, which is amazing! I feel stronger every day. I actually really enjoy lifting weights 💪💪
ALT a screenshot of my rehab gym application showing a full body muscle groups with the muscles I worked out in blue (mainly upper legs, core, back, arms and shoulders). it also shows the date and time of the work out (11th Feb at 8) and how long was the work out (32 min) and how much weight I carried with different muscle groups (1700lbs)
Hey (:

The burnout in research & academia is real. I love my boss, but I’m tired of fearing for my job every 6 months over funding. I love my work, but the “publish or perish” pressure is exhausting. I love my colleagues, but I’m always working and not having set hours.
