2025 reflection
This year changed my direction completely.
I quit my job in Dubai with the plan to become a data engineer.
I spent months self studying, learning, and preparing for that path.
Along the way, I started building small tools to solve problems I personally faced.
That process felt more satisfying than anything else I was doing, so I kept building.
fixmypdf.in slowly grew to 9.4K organic clicks and 400K plus impressions from search.
FixMyPics.in and FreeInvoiceOnline.com were smaller experiments, but they helped me learn a lot.
SubmitWell.com crossed $1K in revenue within about 2.5 months. It gave me confidence that I could turn something I built into something people would pay for.
Builtbyme.io was shipped right before the end of the year. It is still very early, but it represents my belief in independent builders and betting on myself.
I am not calling this success yet. But these signals tell me one thing clearly.
I can do this.
In 2026, I plan to keep building, learning, and trusting the process.
I kept FixMyPDF 100% free with no limits for over a year. A friend suggested adding a donate button, and within 24 hours, someone bought me a coffee!
Huge thanks to whoever supported. It really means a lot!

My startup TheFastestWeb was acquired on @Trust_MRR 🎉
This is my 3rd exit in TrustMRR. I can’t thank enough @marclou for this amazing platform.
The best way to wake up?
An email from @marclou telling me I made a sale! 🥳
GenClean just got its very first sale Funny thing is, my payment processor stayed dead silent I only found out because of @trust_mrr 😅
My first mobile app just crossed 100+ downloads. 📱
No paid ads.
No marketing.
Just 100+ people who found it and decided to install it.
It took 2 months to get here.
Is 100+ organic downloads in 2 months a good start, or am I moving too slowly?
Either way, pretty happy to see the first 100.
Flexing the DR of sites😊
This week's all-time founder leaderboard top 3:
1. @allentown521 · 503 total TrueDR · 27 verified sites
2. @ramesh_mkumar · 164 total TrueDR · 5 verified sites
3. @seedream45 · 145 total TrueDR · 4 verified sites

All-time high for my SaaS and my startup marketplace.
Everything is built, designed, and promoted with my little hands while spending 2 hours a day in the gym, closing the laptop at 6 pm, and sleeping 8 hours.
Keep going!
Been off X for the last few months.
When my account got suspended, I honestly lost the motivation to post. I even made another account, but I barely used it.
So I just kept my head down and continue to build.
Looking back, I'm glad I did.

Built genclean.site, a privacy first image toolkit

Keydar.app just got its first paying customer.
it's been 2 weeks since launching it, I was starting to question it.
Then this morning, first payment on Keydar.
Starter plan. No promo. No outreach. Just organic.
Feels different when a stranger pays vs a friend testing.
$7/mo is not life-changing money. But it means the thing works.
The validation is unlocked. Now Its time to grow and scale
Launched keydar.app 4 days ago.
15 strangers signed up, set up 11 projects, added 31 keywords and Keydar caught 1,576 Reddit mentions they would have missed.
Still waiting on the first paying customer.
That's the gap between useful and valuable. Figuring it out.
A few weeks into running TheFastestWeb.site, I noticed a pattern
People submitting just to get a listing and backlink, never logging in again. Over time the leaderboard started filling with ghost sites, owners long gone.
So I drew a line.
Free users who don't log in for 10 days get monitoring paused.
Hit 30 days with no login or checking dashboard, the listing comes down. Not to punish anyone but, just to keep the board meaningful.
If your site's speed matters to you, you'll be back.
If it doesn't, the spot should go to someone it does matter to.
Pro users are exempt.
Made the some visual update to Builtbyme.io since I launched it
The homepage went from a simple product listing to something that shows the whole community in action: live rankings, weekly competition, top makers of all time, most upvoted products, real traffic numbers
Wanted every maker who lands on it to immediately feel like they're part of something
The site that inspired me to build @thefastestweb is back at it's feet.
A few months ago, FixMyPDF.in lost 80% of its organic traffic after a framework migration.
That silent performance drop is exactly why I built TheFastestWeb.
Today, FixMyPDF is back above 100+ daily visits.
The fix? Spent a day optimizing Core Web Vitals. Traffic slowly came back over weeks.
Most indie founders won't catch it that early. That's the whole point of TheFastestWeb.
TheFastestWeb today:
→ 85 sites being tracked daily → $27 earned (3 sales) → DR 22 in ~1 month → Built from a real problem I lived through
Speed issues are silent until they're not.
Submit your site before Google tells you first → thefastestweb.site/submit
Spent the week building something I wish I had.
thefastestweb.site
A tool that tests your site’s speed every day and alerts you before performance drops hurt your SEO rankings.
A few months ago I migrated @FixMyPDF to a modern framework.
The site looked great. Clean code. Smooth UI. Felt fast.
Then organic traffic started slipping.
100+ daily visits became 80.
Then 50.
Then 20.
Then barely 10.
No errors. No downtime. Nothing obvious.
When I finally checked Core Web Vitals, the damage was already done.
The migration had quietly slowed the site down.
I didn’t notice until rankings followed.
Speed issues are silent.
You don’t feel them. You see them in traffic.
So I built TheFastestWeb.site
Submit your site.
We test it daily.
If your performance trends downward, you’ll know early.
Free and takes a minute to submit.
UI/UX design inspired by @marclou's TrustMRR. Huge respect.

I did it guys.
Built Keydar in 2 weeks.
Reddit keyword monitoring without the expensive price tag.
Add keywords, pick subreddits, get alerted the moment someone posts it.
Email or Telegram. Instant or daily digest.
Free plan available. Paid starts at $5/mo.
Another one for the portfolio.
