Let me get this straight: If Bernie Sanders’ policies worked so well in Cuba, as he claims—“free” healthcare and literacy programs ...Then why is it that boats of Cuban refugees always point from Havana to Miami and not the other way around? 🤔

Only flights to&from India at most airports have so many wheelchairs pre-ordered. Trying to figure out why. 1) Do elderly Indians travel more than others? 2) Do we have more infirm/unfit people? 3) Are we just jugaadus who order wheelchairs to get faster access through queues!?

A day of a fabulous achievement. Poona Shims Pvt. Ltd. has managed to convert an old Maruti 800 into a fully electric vehicle. Their MD and my friend, Sachin Gupte is the driver behind this conversion, although he's taken a back seat in this video.

How does that explain excessive CEO and C-level compensation. Assuming they are able to write their own meal ticket. That HR person should be fired or their pay reduced. Also important that high performancers feel there is pay equity in the org.

This is becoming the prevailing thought in HR: high performers are intrinsically motivated and there is diminishing returns to higher comp as an incentive for future performance.
