600 HIV cases in Islamabad and no Media outrage. This isn’t something to ignore, HIV can spread silently if not controlled and can lead to AIDS. Where is the public health sector? No conferences or awareness by these institutions!

A hospital under punjab government caused an HIV outbreak because it was reusing needles. The same punjab government that just got a brand new private jet.

We didn't forget how Dr Adnan Bursh, head of orthopedic surgery at Shifa was sodomized to death by the IDF in Jail.
He was a great surgeon, full of life, who trained at King's College Hospital in 🇬🇧.

Some of you need to care slightly more about US personnel killing protesting Pakistanis than the hurt feelings of the US consulate for being the site of protest

If two of Pakistan’s leading human rights lawyers can face a decade in prison for tweets, it’s a warning to every citizen — and a setback for the government itself. Those advising the powers-that-be in this direction are not their friends. I salute Imaan and Ali for their courage and the vital work they do. If they aren’t safe, no one is. And this is certainly not the environment that will attract investment or bring progress to our people.
It is a message.
Now it is up to us what message we give as a society.
Anyone who speaks up is either in jail or forcibly disappeared.
This is not about us - it goes to something much deeper, a question we all must ask ourselves: how long will this go on?

🚨🚨#BREAKING: Near 200 lawyers, civil society members, human rights activists, journalists and members of academia condemn sham trial of @ImaanZHazir and @AdvHadiali.

Imaan Zainab Mazari-Hazir and Hadi Ali Chattha fight for the disappeared, the brutalised, and the underserved. In terms of courage, they've gone charging where angels fear to tread. That is a far greater service to Pakistan than any by the authors of their sham trial.
Why you should care about their case, whatever your politics, is because the deprivation of their liberty will soon mean the deprivation of yours.
Please raise your voice. Their petition in the Supreme Court must be heard, and these absurd charges dropped.

Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha have been given three days to say their goodbyes before Monday, when they are expected to be sentenced to 7–14 years; because she tweeted about enforced disappearances and political prisoners, and her husband retweeted her.
