Calling millennials "Robinhood traders", implying they don't know what they're doing is unfair. If anything, most younger folks today question & seek answers before investing, unlike older folks (including my dad, uncles, etc.) who invested trusting the salesman selling greed.

Pay attention to who you have the highest-bandwidth conversations with (i.e., important ideas are exchanged quickly and clearly). Work with those people any way you can.

One day I was feeling down so I decided to read. That’s how I opened this book and the author was like “as humans we’re all trying to avoid an uncomfortable truth: that we are nothing, just inconsequential cosmic dust” omo I burst into tears danu.

Simple advice: NOT all Tier 1 graduates are talented. Hire smart, don't be lazy and just go for low hanging fruits. Tier 1 graduates demand more pay and you will "pay" for it if they are not useful

I think the MBA experience changed my life because I didn't go to @ISB_edu looking for a job, or a career, or a profession, or a function, or a company. I went to ISB looking for myself. I went to ISB looking for WHO AM I.

Random & boring. No real insights in this one. Gyaan dena has become the trend now. Jitna obscure, utna twitter ki wannabe junta hype karegi.

Parents: You don't own your kids. You don't get to tell them who to marry. You can't live your life through them. You can't decide whether what they are experiencing is mental illness or not. It gets tiring when more than 80% of my clients have parents as the main source of pain.

For pleasure we seek: Good food, more sex, more TV, a new car, parties, full body massages, becoming more popular, and so on. For happiness we seek: We don't, we just are. Happiness is the side effect of having meaningful experiences, regardless of whether they're pleasant.
