On my way back from OKC picking up fermenters I stopped in at White Crow Cider in Wichita. Thanks to Denise for showing me around. I tend to enjoy dry ciders, but she opened up my eyes that sweet ciders needn’t be overly sweet. @KarenSchotanus and I are enjoying this Chai Opener.
