Simultaneous @NatureMedicine pub of 2 neoadjuvant chemo-IO trials for high-risk ER+ BC: KN-756 & CM-7FL. Both found a striking improvement in pCR rate with IO, with larger Δ if PD-L1+ or low ER. Waiting for EFS data, which will most likely impact practice. nature.com/articles/s41591-0…

EVE trial update: secondary VTE prevention in cancer patients. Lower dose of apixaban 2.5mg vs 5mg did not lower combined bleeding event. Similar recurrent VTE or arterial thrombosis rates in both groups.
