The security paradigm is shifting: Human-like behavior is no longer proof of a human user. They can run JavaScript, solve CAPTCHAs, and navigate interfaces in ways that resemble humans. Defenses must get smarter. #Cybersecurity #AI #BotDetection #WebSecurity

Data enables continuous progress. In this case it's a challenge because of privacy needs. So the data is anonymized with no PII.
Moderated self-improvement is built into our patient education system. Content gaps are identified and filled within 48 hours. We're surprised that diabetes visitors asked about "meeting other patients." So we are responding to that question with high quality resources.

A diagnosis isn’t an outcome. A prescription isn’t a medication taken. A pamphlet isn’t next steps taken. CMS rewards or penalizes what happens after the visit. The financial consequences are significant. health-convos.com/insights/t…

Context compounds: the longer a system works with you, the more valuable the accumulated understanding becomes.
“Context capital” will become one of the most valuable assets we accumulate in the AI era. It’s context that helps AI work effectively on our behalfs: history, preferences, relationships, decisions, domain knowledge, and ways of thinking. That capital is trapped inside individual platforms, or worse, separated inside several platforms without any single source of truth. How do we make it portable?

Role-play was once most closely associated with sales training: practice the pitch, handle the objection and prepare for the customer conversation. Online role-play has expanded the possibilities. Today, people can privately practise everything from difficult feedback and patient conversations to networking, small talk, hiring interviews and language learning. They can try different approaches, receive feedback and repeat the experience—without the pressure or logistics of finding a practice partner. What would you use role-plays to practice? #RolePlay #OnlineLearning #LearningAndDevelopment #WorkplaceLearning

MedCom agencies don’t lose the brief on strategy or science. They lose it in the technical layer. Interactive video that works - SCORM that doesn’t break - Agents that hold up under real compliance pressure. Those are the bottlenecks. click-video.com

Anyone solving for how to make "Context Capital" portable? A solid implementation would require open, editable formats and clear separation between user-provided facts and agent-generated inferences.

For what kind of activity? Chasing the latest AI performance upticks can suck up a lot of bandwidth. On the other hand, a single agent builds CONTEXT CAPITAL. An agent's accumulated knowledge about its user is the durable value.

Management is tired of completion badges. They want the hard numbers. The Phillips ROI methodology is the gold standard for proving L&D value. Good PDF overview here: whatfix.com/blog/phillips-ro…

Focus of Learning Leaders meeting today: Management is no longer accepting participation metrics. They’re demanding hard business results — ROI, performance lifts, actual $ impact. L&D is officially on the hook to prove value. Game on! #LearningDevelopment

The new moat isn't "we wrote more code." It's "we integrated AI more deeply into actual domain problems than anyone else." Agreed. -Reid Hoffman

Don't you hate it when you get buried in technical jargon? AI is the worst. Try dropping "MCP" and "retrieval-augmented generation" in your next meeting and watch the room go glassy-eyed. Get jargon mastery in 20m . Free. No login required. Enjoy! reachum.com/ai-vocab

Russia is restricting access to Telegram to force its citizens onto a state-controlled app built for surveillance and political censorship. This authoritarian move won’t change our course. Telegram stands for freedom and privacy, no matter the pressure.

Completion data is descriptive. Readiness data is predictive. One explains the past. The other informs decisions.

Readiness shows up in time-to-competence, capability gaps, and scenario based performance. It’s the difference between reporting and insight.

Advanced learning metrics turn 'Sarah completed leadership training' into 'Sarah handles resource conflicts well but struggles with high-pressure stakeholder pushback.' That's the difference between tracking attendance and knowing who's mission-ready.

Completion data provides almost nothing useful to L&D.

Are you explicitly measuring attention during training? Without attention learning doesn't happen.

If your LMS can't show skill gaps in real-time, it's simply an overpriced content library. #LearningAnalyics #LearningAndDevelopment

Completion rates ≠ business intelligence. Decision-grade learning data shows: → Who's ready for the next role → Where skill gaps risk the roadmap → Which programs move the needle It's the difference between a sterile L&D report and an actionable boardroom conversation.
Replying to @teachthemx3
In workplace training this is called "decision grade data." Without a clear understanding of competence and capability, it's risky to go forward. In public schools this data is obfuscated to keep everyone content and ignorant.
