Holiday Season Vibes @realcompetitor 💪🏼🎅🏽🌲 This is one of our favorite times of the year at Competitor Performance Academy. The combination of pro, college, high school and middle school athletes all working together creates an amazing atmosphere. And what an opportunity for some of our young athletes who are able to witness the work ethic and standards our pro’s and big time college kid have for themselves. Shout out to Weights and Hoops Studios for the 🎥 Athletes in video - Jeff Hoffman - Philadelphia Phillies, Dylan Crews - Washington Nationals, Luke Heyman - Florida, Evan Griffis - Stetson Training Partner / Head Coach - Jeff Higuera Locations: Competitor Performance Academy, Marucci Hitters House Orlando

Environment and culture are hard to explain - but you know it when you see it I see it at Competitor Performance Academy everyday. @realcompetitor Excellence is the standard. Competition is the standard. Support is the standard. High quality is the standard. Getting a little better everyday - the standard! From everyone - every athlete. Every coach. Everyone that enters. Imagine it’s day 1 - you walk in for the first time. In front of you training - top prospects across many sports. Professional athletes. Professional mangers. Scouts. All attentive to the coaches they are working with. Putting in the work. Focused on maximizing their athletic potential. Everyone will greet you, support you, care about your success - give you direct feedback, mentor you and push you to your limits. You will find out quick if you fit in - you either put in the work or find yourself going to a different training org. No middle ground. Culture matters. Mindset matters. People matter. Find yourself with the right people. It makes all the difference.
