100% I wrote a book about periods and wouldn't dream of calling myself a hormone balancing coach either! Part of a HUGE problem within these spaces and part of a much larger conversation I hope we can have in 2023

If you aren't a medical expert, you can't call yourself a hormone balancing coach. It's a made up certificate in the wellness world. I wrote a book about menopause and wouldn't dream of calling myself this 1/2

Shout out to those menstruating over Christmas 🎄🩸 Oddly enough, I've spent a lot of Christmases on my period. Last year, I was on the sofa with under an electric blanket, napping, eating and just enjoying some time out. Tis the season to rest, make the most of it!
