NEW: Sen. Susan Collins' office in Biddeford, ME was vandalized overnight for the 2nd time

DC actually has a potentially competitive vote and it's about whether to ban foie gras.
MORE: Asked if he was disappointed that Gov. Janet Mills (D-ME) has not endorsed him, Troy Jackson told @scrippsnews this afternoon “No, not really."
JACKSON: "It would’ve been fine if she had or not, but this campaign is about the people of Maine, it’s not about me and Janet."
TROY JACKSON tells @scrippsnews he doesn’t think non-endorsements from 2 prominent Maine elected officials, Gov. Janet Mills (D) and Sen. Angus King (I-ME), will hurt him tomorrow:
"What I'm seeing with people on the ground is that neither one of them is helping or hurting ..."

TROY JACKSON confirms to @scrippsnews he still won't support Chuck SCHUMER if Dems win the Senate: "I told Senator Schumer that I’m going to support somebody else...it’s no different now."
Asked by @siobhanehughes what he would push Schumer on, Jackson says: "medicare for all"
The most HOA thing ever: an afternoon Troy Jackson canvass kickoff is in a community that a staffer told us doesn’t allow political yard signs, so the signs are all *near* the event. #mepolitics
NEW: TROY JACKSON tells me in Scarborough, MAINE: "I honestly don't know" if the latest NYT/Siena poll showing him up by 6 points is accurate.
"All I know is that we've got a shot and we're working hard ..."
Today is the 100th day of his campaign.
@scrippsnews
TROY JACKSON also tells @scrippsnews he's not sure that critical split-ticket voters are breaking for him in the final hours, but tells me: "they have in the past, I win in Aroostook County with Donald Trump on the ballot ..."
JACKSON: "We'll see tomorrow."
SCARBOROUGH, MAINE— Democratic U.S. Senate Candidate Troy Jackson just arrived at a canvass kickoff alone, in a minivan that he drove himself.
This is his second stop of the day, meeting with his supporters the day ahead of Election Day.
New for AK-SEN election watchers: Alaska’s Division of Elections just told reporters that the “first batch of election results will come in around 8:45pm-9:00pm Alaska time”
Sooo, first results from Alaska will be coming AT EARLIEST 12:45 AM ET.

Stevens also told Nancy Pelosi the same thing about going to church, per person familiar
Haley Stevens told a longtime friend Saturday evening that she planned to attend a church service the next day w/ Abdul El-Sayed. She even texted the friend, a senior Democrat, the church’s address.

Happy Halloween. I'm dressing as a Congressional Bill so I never have to leave the house.
