I kinda think most sports shouldn’t have refs on the field at all anymore. Just do everything by video
Penalties that change games should always be reviewable . There is no reasonable argument against it

This isn't about ideology, it's about solutions. My plan will give Floridians cheaper homeowners insurance. With no hurricane tax. That's it.
Brock Purdy looks like the best QB in the league. Drafted last overall. I wonder how many Brock purdys’ never got a shot in the NFL.
Russia is our enemy. I wish they weren’t. But they’re never going to be our friend with their current dictator in charge.
They’re helping Iran target our bases. They’re threatening our allies. They’re murdering thousands of innocent civilians in Ukraine.
Siding with them in this unnecessary war of aggression is one of the most shameful things we could do as a country

People insisting that the tiger should have been shot to save this guy are operating from the same riak-elimination mindset that has led to "don't exit bus until it stops moving" signs.
From all accounts it was extraordinarily difficult to get into the tiger cage. You couldn't just accidentally fall in, or hop over a waist-high railing. The guy had to scale a tall fence, and apparently did so after fighting off people who tried to stop him.
So then people will say oh, the fence should have been taller, or it should have been topped with concertina wire, or it should have been entirely enclosed. Fine, you do that, and then someone even more suicidally determined comes along and finds a way through r additional expensive security measures. They bring wire cutters or something. So then that doesn't work, and people say ok, well zoos just shouldn't have tigers then, they're too dangerous, retards might get hurt, we need to cull the tigers to save the retards.
So then no one gets to enjoy tigers and tigers go extinct.
Designing our entire society around the tail risks created by the most retarded people in society is, in fact, retarded. The purpose of society should not be insulating the stupidest among us from the consequences of their idiocy.
I've seen many people saying the tiger at Yorkshire Wildlife Park should have been shot when the man entered its enclosure.
I couldn't disagree more.
From the footage I've seen, it looks extremely difficult to even get into that enclosure in the first place.
And from what I've heard, the staff did an incredible job reacting as quickly as they did, while showing restraint and avoiding killing an innocent tiger.
These are apex predators. They are extremely dangerous animals that will naturally attack humans when confronted in their territory.
Hopefully this magnificent animal isn't put down in the aftermath of this tragedy.
The tiger did nothing wrong.

I hate when big cities pretend they’re actually multiple neighboring cities.
Miami-ft. Lauderdale
Dallas-ft. worth,
Minneapolis-St. Paul.
It’s fake.
If I never leave the city how am I in a different city?

It’s actually crazy how people expect gas prices to be immune from inflation. Gas price is actually about average right now in real terms.

The solution to this problem is one Bill Belichick advocated for years ago and it is so simple and obvious that the league should adopt it tomorrow, but is too stupid to do so. And that is:
Make literally every play reviewable. Penalties. Spots. Fumbles. All of it.

You obviously didn’t pay attention when they played the rams in the NFCCG January 20, 2019. However it was still a fumble.
Most of the anti-data center arguments are exaggerations or straight up inaccurate. But I still think we should oppose new data centers. Because less data means slower AI development. That should be everyone’s goal

Ossoff not backing radical stances was how he won in 2020. Had he ran on the Green New Deal, he would’ve lost and he would’ve never been the deciding vote on the largest investment in green energy in American history.
