Super proud of my C3 pal @reidburrows 1st in his age group, 8th overall in the Leadville 100 Miler last night. The young man has been on a journey. Today his parents are both racing Ironman Mt Tremblant. Quite the family genes.

You know when you're refilling the hand soap dispensers & you can only go at a slow rate, despite it being really frustrating & annoying, otherwise it's completely unproductive because soap just spills out of the top & goes everywhere & creates a giant mess?

What do professional trail and ultrarunners earn?
Almost none of the data I collected from nearly 200 pros in the sport came as a surprise, but we are finally reaching a point of more transparency.
There's still lots of work to do, but this is a start.
