All VCs are out to achieve the highest returns possible. All VCs have mandates. All VC mandates are tied to theses on what will produce those returns. I'm not sure why we would argue that mandated investment in Historically Excluded Founders is any different than B2B Mktng SaaS.

Unfortunately, the thing about blind spots is that you don't see them. By definition. The only options for change are not systemic reform or debate (I know you know...just sayin'). There are incredibly productive discussions that aren't debates, and I'm deeply thankful for them.
