Pretty crazy how some baseball teams, no matter how rich they are can't build a baseball team that wins baseball games, so they celebrate the fact that so many of their fans have abandoned the dump that is Queens to move to St Pete.
A Hockey lockout killed the Lightning's momentum after winning their first cup.

Well, this is the end of the road for @RaysBaseball in 2026.
Congratulations to the Brewers. As painful as it is to say, you were the best team in the postseason and deserved to win the series.
It鈥檚 easy to be angry right now and point fingers. I鈥檓 not going to do that. Absolutely no one expected anything out of the Rays this season. They exceeded every expectation. It was a wild ride and I loved every minute of it.
Of course, I鈥檓 disappointed with how it ended, but I guarantee you the players and coaches are more disappointed than we are. Only one team can truly be happy at the end of the season.
The future is very bright. New owners. A new @RaysForeverHome. Maybe a rebranding of some kind? And a young, talented team that will only get better with time.
Thank you, Rays, for a great 2026 season. See you in 2027!
