#2 - I joined a private partnership of 600 souls in 1985 & was chopped out of a global colossus of 64,000. PE ownership is poisonous to people culture honed over many decades - beware slick Harvard grads or McKinsey alumni - the smiling assassins. Time they took a bath! – at Tilsworth, England

#1 Am going to sound bitter-my personal hatred of most PE activities stems from my PE owned employer of 35 years told me on a video call in 10/19 that my ‘services were no longer required’. I had stopped being a valued Partner & just a line on a spreadsheet with 63,999 others… – at Tilsworth, England

When @jermeyvine & others are slagging off the railways, I want to shine a light on the refreshingly helpful Conductor MARC on @LNRailway 1256 from Tring to Euston. Seeing a frazzled retail consultant in need of a table for my last minute typing, he delivered. Hurrah! #payrise

@poppiesaldbury - don’t risk wobbly uncle’s BBQ cremations & trot down to newly opened Poppies Cafe in the memorial hall at the foot of Tom’s Hill in Aldbury. Pasties, sausage rolls, pate & cakes to fight for… Special Jubilee event - tasting of Gin Liqueurs distilled locally

Beyond excited to be here with @DomMillar and his super gang of CR elves. Let’s do some deals today & share a beer on the river terrace? instagram.com/p/CczrxzYIOar/…

Early train to LDN for 2 days of meetings for Beacon Retail. Curious that I’ll be in W1 for meeting #1 on a mega project in Riyadh! Wishing all my pals a happy & productive week. TC

I am flabbergasted (for once), of all the UK’s news media journos & HMG/Opposition ministers, just ONE was bothered enough to react. Huge respect to C4’s @vsmacdonald for her ‘like’. Come on the rest of you, use those fingers to help @OUHospitals @NHSuk My own thanks delivered…

Correcting typos in earlier tweet - misspelt the one place I really wanted to see this @OUHospitals plus a champion of all matters health at @bbc @BBCHughPym. Thank you everyone.

Intriguing to read the West Mercia Police Commissioner’s @johnPaulCampion tweet about safer communities as per below - talk the talk or walk the walk? Thank God a kindly PC in has finally picked up the ball that was my assault - could this be the power of twitter in action?!
