The prospectus shows H1 revenue of $16.3B, up from just $1.16B a year earlier. That's about 14×. At the Oct 14 investor day, Anthropic reported Q3 revenue of $16.8B, up 45% quarter over quarter. The target valuation is reportedly about $2T, with some investors at $1.5T. This could be one of the biggest IPOs ever.
