A HOMAGE TO FROMAGE! From the Parlourmentary! A trip to the Larderhouse wasn’t complete without a quick visit to see Erika at this fine cheese establishment just across the road. We picked a beautiful selection of soft and hard cheese and paired them with crisp fresh juicy grapes and Parma ham. Prepared with some fougasse made using the superior technique and recipe from @RichardBertinet - outstanding. Something truly special.
