To the @USAA rep who told me I was a big, fat liar and there was no definitively, absolutely no POA on file - then put me on hold for 20 minutes, then disconnected me. Could your customer service be any worse?
My sister has dementia. I take care of her affairs. @USAA apparently just purged my POA from their system and tells me it's my fault and that it never existed. They really don't make it easy on people with disabilities or mental health problems.
No mention of @rayadverb and North Dakota? Funnier and without the pompous arrogance.
