Waited almost a decade for the tesla roadster and it finally showed up last night after all those missed deadlines felt like one of those things that was never actually going to happen, but here we are. Still not coming until 2028 though, which is peak Elon timing at least the wait is over and people can stop wondering if it was real
Big companies instead of simply donating to food banks themselves out of their millions in profits they ask ordinary people for donations which I find annoying.

telling people they need to love themselves or work on themselves before getting into a relationship is mostly useless advice it sounds wise but it usually just works as a vague unhelpful barrier instead of real guidance most people dont become fully self actualized alone and then suddenly become ready for connection

the advice is especially unhelpful for people who are already lonely or low on self worth telling them to fix their self esteem before they deserve companionship usually just reinforces the idea that theyre currently unworthy of it practical stuff like therapy better habits clearer standards is useful the blanket love yourself first version usually isnt because it gives no real way for how that actually happens

relationships arent a reward you unlock after you finish the self improvement course theyre one of the main places people figure out who they are and what they can tolerate you can and should keep working on yourself while dating treating connection as something you only get after youve solved yourself is how a lot of people stay stuck
