I always thought Indian banking was more advanced than most countries until I visited @HDFC_Bank in India and realized it’s all marketing and the bank is still operating in pre-2000 era. Now I feel less bad about banking in the US 😅.

I am usually trying new airlines to learn about their difference. I am surprised to learn that even in today’s digital age, @LOTPLAirlines which is a @staralliance doesn’t have a self serve website/app for basic things such as a meal selection and one needs to contact support.

I tried to step out of my loyalty with @MarriottBonvoy and try the @TajHotels property in India, as I usually try to not get too comfortable with current and stop exploring. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. Not every change is a good change 😂, though still happy that I tried.
