Tathya Patel was wrong in many ways. He was a not attentive on road, was far over speeding, a serial offender too!! Unpardonable.
He should get his share of punishment.
However, are we addressing the real point?
Second, the city area of bridges needs lights. All the time. If there was a punishment to be given, the chargesheet should also be against the state.
It pains to see the government dont stop the speeding cars via camera and tickets on 1 hand, & dont care to give enough lights.
