Dr Anthony Githinji, Founder and Managing Director, Semiconductors Technologies Limited, and Maruza Chikwanha (Zim), Founder and Managing Director, Ivhu Africa Limited, sign an MoU to commit USD 400 million (KES. 54 billion) for the construction of facilities to develop semiconductors in East and Southern Africa. The partnership will begin with the development of two facilities at the Dedan Kimathi Science and Technology park in Nyeri, creating 300 jobs in the construction phase and more than 1,000 jobs once operational.
