every 9 hours.
Heap snapshots look normal.
Never reproduces locally.
No obvious leak in the code.

How an AI Agent works (visually explained).
3 important shifts coming to customer experience, as @maltekosub put it:
→ Personal AI agents will drive explosive volumes.
→ AI in CX becomes a revenue driver.
→ AI agents evolve into self-improving systems.
The third is the one I'm watching most.
An agent that learns from its own conversations needs strong evaluation and observability, or it can get worse with confidence. Parloa is bringing this to its first customers in the next few months.

PM: Can you add a small button to the page?
Dev: Sure. What does it do?
PM: Exports all user data.
Dev: Which format?
PM: Whatever they want.
Dev: Who can see the button?
PM: Admins. And users. Sometimes partners.
Dev: There are 2 million rows.
PM: It should feel instant.
Dev: That is not a button.
PM: It is literally one button.
Dev: The button is 10 minutes.
The export is a queue, permissions,
a worker, and an email with a download link.
PM: So... Friday?
Dev: Next sprint.
