An excellent feature on Hannah whose husband Neil was diagnosed with #dementia aged 51; their 2 daughters were 5 & 6 years old at the time. She talks with heartbreaking honesty about making the difficult decision to move Neil into a care home & the impact it has had on them all.
It's thought one in three of us will end up caring for someone with dementia.
