Restaurant Marketer & Innovator Awards winners revealed: The winners of this year's Restaurant Marketer & Innovator Awards, staged by Propel and Think Hospitality, have been revealed. The winners were recognised for their success in marketing and innovation in the foodservice sector at an awards ceremony this evening (Wednesday, 24 January) at Boxpark Wembley. The winners were Innovator Of The Year: Jyotin, Karam and Sunaina Sethi(JKS Restaurants); Marketer Of The Year: Hilary Ansell MCMI (Marugame Udon Europe); Innovation Of The Year: Lexington Catering; Best Communications: Hospitality Rising UK; Best Community or Charity Initiative: Hospitality Rising UK; Best Digital Engagement: buns from home and Rebecca Does Marketing (for Buns From Home: Generating Viral Fame With No Marketing Budget); Best New Website: Bill's Restaurants and The Loyalty Company (for Bill's Restaurants' website); Best New Or Improved Visual Identity: Faber and Natural Selection Design (winner), Bill's Restaurants, Ideas and That, Spin Brands Agency and The Loyalty Company (highly commended); Best New Product Development: Hall & Woodhouse (for Spooky Signature Serves featuring Kraken); Best Use Of Technology: Turtle Bay Restaurants and Polaris Elements (for mPay: Polaris Elements and Turtle Bay); Campaign Of The Year: Pizza Pilgrims (for Pilgrimage II); Launch Campaign of the Year: Marugame Udon Europe and W Communications (for Marugame Waterloo x Tamagotchi); Best Use of Research, Insight or Data: 200 Degrees Coffee Roasters, Eat the Elephant and 3800 (winner), Stonehouse, Leopard Co and DVA (highly commended). Judges' Award for International Achievement: The Alchemist Bar & Restaurant Ltd. Restaurant Marketer & Innovator co-founder James Hacon said: "With a bumper year of exceptional entries, it was a particularly tough job for our panel of judges, but in the end they whittled them down to find our very deserving winners, who represent the very best of marketing, innovation and development in our exciting sector. Congratulations to them all." The awards rounded off the sixth Restaurant Marketer & Innovator European Summit.
