Has to be said that this issue is only coming up because the Dream org has their team playing in the tiniest home arena in the league. It doesn’t live up to the finals atmosphere but they are also doing the team and their fans a disservice all season long

I cannot tell you how frustrating “even a week ago” is in this context. What do you MEAN this request wasn’t made a week ago??? Atlanta beat Golden State by 15 in their gym to even the series and nobody thought “huh maybe we should check on the arena for a potential game 6”???

Had these requests been made a few weeks ago… or even a week ago, sounds like more could’ve been done. The issues with the Friday/Tuesday construction were 3 days between Games 5/6 AND 6/7, plus concerns about playing on Election Night and logistical issues of moving two Finals games.
