You have wearied the LORD with your words. But you say, “How have we wearied him?” By saying, “Everyone who does evil is good in the sight of the LORD, and he delights in them.” Or by asking, “Where is the God of justice?”
~ Malachi 2:17
My bag is packed. I have my tracts and a couple travel companions from my sweet little friend Ellie and her big sister Josiah. And we are off! London needs to hear the gospel! The world needs to hear the gospel! Lord plase raise up more laborers to preach the gospel!
Reviewing and loading up my preaching Bible, highlighting the scriptures about Jesus. "Where does the Bible say Jesus is God?" My response applying pressure, "When I show you are you going to bow down and worship Him as Lord?" Then I let the naysayers read it for themselves.
Praise God for the glorious gospel! We spent a couple days declaring Jesus, the Way, the the Truth, and the Life at Havard and MIT. Smart people need the gospel too. "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction."
— Proverbs 1:7
I met Bamba from Ghana in one of the souvenir stores in NYC. I asked him if he knew where he would spend eternity. He responded, "No. Will you tell me?" We talked of the holiness of God, the sin of man, the person and work of Christ and the need to repent and believe the gospel.
In Time Square some guy came after me. Yes, (again, 1st time was in St Louis) Spider-Man and I had words. He said Jesus isn't real. And I said that interesting coming from a guy dressed like Spider-Man. Then he started cursing. Then he walked away. No web slinging.🤔🕸️🕷️
We spent the day preaching near Ground Zero on the 25th anniversary of 9-11. When we arrived it was very quiet. We gave lots of tracts & talked with many people. Prayed for some too. People were encouraged by the preaching. It was a beautiful and very somber day. Thank you Lord!
First on the bus for an early ride to the world's most famous city... New York City, the big city of dreams. It's a great place to preach the good news of Jesus Christ the Lord to all of the world. People from every tribe, nation and tongue come here and need to hear the gospel.
Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.
~ Colossians 3:23-24
Lock Haven University, our last campus for the tour. The students were so indifferent. Maybe 3 or 5 people stopped to talk. Long time since I've seen such complacency. Very sad. No care for their own souls. I'm sad for their souls. Lord have mercy on their wretched souls. 😓
A great day with the gospel at Bloomberg University. We gave hundreds of tracts and talked with lots of students. It was a most enjoyable time telling people about Jesus as the people were courteous & friendly. Even the school staff was nice. I was asked alot about my shirt too.
Not Ashamed of the Gospel...
We delivered the truth to the students at Penn State University today. We talked with many young men and women about "Sin Awareness Day", of the judgment to come, and the greatest news given under heaven; salvation is found through Jesus Christ alone.
Great night preaching truth on the Virginia Beach boardwalk! We gave lots of tracts and a few Bibles, and had lots of gospel conversations. Saints were encouraged, and sinners were warned of the judgement to come to flee to Jesus Christ the Lord for salvation and eternal life.
Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.
— Matthew 7:13-14
I stand amazed in the presence
Of Jesus the Nazarene,
And wonder how he could love me,
A sinner, condemned, unclean.
How marvelous! How wonderful!
And my song shall ever be:
How marvelous! How wonderful
Is my Savior’s love for me.
~ Charles H Gabriel, 1905
Out of the depths I cry to you, O LORD!
O Lord, hear my voice!
Let your ears be attentive
to the voice of my pleas for mercy!
If you, O LORD, should mark iniquities,
O Lord, who could stand?
But with you there is forgiveness,
that you may be feared.
~ Ps 130:1-4
With my whole heart I cry;
Answer me, O LORD!
I will keep your statutes.
I call to you; save me,
that I may observe your testimonies.
I rise before dawn and cry for help;
I hope in your words.
— Psalm 119:145-147
At the devil's house in Augusta GA. Its always a tough place to preach the gospel. We don't go to protest, but to offer help and proclaim Christ as Lord. Jesus keeps His promises. Grandma sat in the car and watched the other baby and the LYF SAVR came to destroy. Lord have mercy!
