The legal team for suspected January 6 pipe bomber Brian Cole Jr. has filed a motion demanding that the government turn over the FBI’s complete forensic image of the iPhone belonging to Shauni Kerkhoff, a former Capitol Police officer.
The motion states that Kerkhoff failed an FBI polygraph on November 6, 2025, which specifically asked whether she placed the pipe bombs.
If the court refuses to order the full image, Cole’s defense is requesting data from December 1, 2020, through January 30, 2021, plus data from November 2025. The government has so far offered only the data from January 5–6, 2021.
The defense says it may argue that someone else placed the devices, noting that an FBI re-review of the phone uncovered 11 geotagged photos the initial review had missed.
Cole may pursue a defense claiming that another specific person was responsible for planting the bombs.

Six days after conclusively revealing that Brian Cole Jr. cannot be the J6 b0mber, it may seem we are being ignored, but I can report that "official Washington" is absolutely VERY aware of this video and its implications. That includes MSM outlets, Congress, DOJ, FBI, etc.
@accabbat has updated this to include a couple more of Brian's clothing items with the tags still hanging. On Thursday, I went back into Brian's room to dig around for more clues, and sure enough, I found several more jackets and pullovers with the tags still on them. This week I requested FBI Director Kash Patel re-examine the January 6 pipe bomb case with a focus on the unlikely circumstances of the discovery of, and reaction to, the second pipe bomb. I first pointed this out to former FBI Director Wray in 2023.
Now that @RepThomasMassie has named the two @CapitolPolice plainclothes counter-surveillance officers who "found" the DNC pipe b0mb, it's time to remind you that they never "looked" for the device. They went straight to it, with complete foreknowledge of its location ... then stopped looking for more.

Most of the country has been ignoring this story. When it’s finally resolved, @FBIDirectorKash must resign and join Bongino. What the two of them have done to this autistic black man is inexcusable. At a minimum, they should release Cole on an ankle bracelet until the trial.
I have vacillated between tears and anger this morning while finally reading the transcript of what @FBI put Brian Cole Jr. through on the morning of Dec. 4. I sincerely hope @dbongino and @Kash_Patel burn in whatever eternal punishment is the opposite of Kash's beloved Valhalla.
