It’s an incredible privilege to be awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Considering the recipients, history, and what this means to me and my family, it’s also very humbling. Thank you all for your support and I hope this inspires others to never give up on their dreams.

I can’t thank my family, friends and fans enough for their support. Having my family by my side today is something I will never forget. To not only be able to play again, but to be able to win again, is something I will forever be grateful for. This jacket sure is comfortable.

Do you know any Sac State students who have either been affected or are volunteering in the area affected by the #CampFire?
I'm trying to contact as many students as possible for a @TheStateHornet story. DM me or respond to this tweet!

I understand how exciting it must be that you get an extra two days to study for that exam you weren’t prepared for. But this “campus holiday” is no excuse for you to celebrate with a smile on your face and hit your favorite bar for some day drinking.
