Hi Twitter… is anyone currently covid pos and feeling as bad as round one? I’ve never felt so unwell in my life 😥 body aches, headache, temp. I’m vaccinated and generally healthy but feel like I’m not improving at all 😭 advice, chat, anything.. 💔

A truly crazy record! On 18/05/2023 I had this CR Ringed Plover @RSPBFrampton. Just received that it was ringed on 26/11/2018 on Bruce beach, Bubaque island, Bijagós archipelago off the coast of Guinea - Bissau, Africa! Before being sighted in Sweden in 2019 then this year in May
