Jeezy shares the piece of advice from T.I. that he says saved his life:
“He come to the studio one day, I was held up in patchwork—that was like my trap because it was my safe haven. I'm literally in there, three to four million dollars in vocal booth. Tip came in: 'Let me talk to you in my office... you can't do both.' In my mind I'm thinking he trying to trick me. 'If you gonna make it out of here, you gotta pick one.' That's around the time I threw away my phones... That's my brother. By the way, he saved my life, because no one ever told me that.”
