An interesting part of the Tornado Cash ruling is that Ethereum is the only blockchain mentioned. The document goes in depth on how Ethereum and the EVM works and why some contracts are immutable. Seems like the court recognizes Ethereum as a truly decentralized platform that cannot be manipulated by any single entity.

yes, i focus almost exclusively on one chain ecosystem and play extremely longterm games and ignore a lot of noise pumped into my ears on shorter timeframes because i believe that it has the best chance at changing the world and breaking us away from corruptible centralized power structures which are already captured and i won’t apologize for it if you ever find something like that which you believe in, like truly, then you should do the same thing for me, it is Ethereum

Ethereum will become the backbone of the financial system. I previously thought this would take decades. But the US Treasury department openly acknowledged tokenized treasuries will be better than the current system. Banks like UBS or financial institutions like BlackRock are moving onchain. Now a pro-crypto US government and agencies are literally going to accelerate everything. Meanwhile the Ethereum ecosystem is scaling. Ethereum IS the new financial system.
