One of the worst aspects of huge bills is that there are a number of gray 10 page gems you could vote for. Allow each member of Congress to vote per item. Computers can then create the bill that passed.

JoshKraushaar This entire thread is based on the assumption that tests are supposed to test intangibles like effort, obstacles to achievement instead of results. But intangibles only serve to separate us. Who had more obstacles than me? You, of course.
No amount of facts change this. Actual achievements can be measured. A swimmer can be first by a thousand’s of a second.
