I always hate takes like this because it is based on a premise that employee performance is 100% employee responsibility and never changes during employment. These people ever talk about how they fail to elevate "B players" to an "A players" and need better management skills.
Performance is a shared responsibility between a manager and their reports. Effective managers get great results from all their employees. If you're employees are failing then YOU did something wrong. Hiring the wrong person is only one of a hundred things you could've mismanaged

I couldn't agree with this more. BotW and TotK both seem neat, but do not feel like Zelda. Really wish they were new IP and not Zelda.
