Sequel 2.0.1 is out. If you're subscribed or in a free trial, you can now check out the lifetime purchases options if you wish to upgrade forever.
It also improves search results for games, adds support for more services and you can even request new ones straight from the app.
Sequel’s website also got a redesign for the launch of version 2. I’m pretty happy with the result!
It’s still made in @framer which made it super easy to iterate! I’ve submitted it for the #FramerAwards. Check it out: getsequel.app

Thank you so much to @johnvoorhees for his review of Sequel! It’s absolutely surreal seeing Sequel on Macstories! I started reading their articles when I was a student with vague dreams of creating cool and useful apps. This means so much! ☺️

I went to see ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’ today and absolutely loved it. Such a poignant story and a fabulous performance from @MatthewModine and talented young actors like @maxgferguson, @annalottemunden and the rest of the cast. Bravo! 👏

I always check how long a game is before starting it to make sure I can commit to it. Having it in Sequel has saved me quite a few google searches. Hopefully it’ll be helpful to others as well.

I probably spent way too long refining this... Animating the synopsis expansion and scaling the trailer videos from their previews… Opening streaming apps directly was also a tough one to crack. I’m happy with it though and it should make for a better experience!
