hey @WestpacNZ got a phone call from one of your mortgage managers and they sent me a 2FA code via SMS. How do I know it’s not a login request for online banking and actually legit? I refused to give them the code and it was a bit awkward.

I keep reading articles about how nobody in NZ is buying FIFA tickets. So, let’s buy some FIFA tickets. First I need to decide if I’m an Australian or NZ “resident”. (I think this is a translation hiccup — it should be “NZ Matches” or “Australian Matches”.)
Even though right at the start I said I was a resident of (in?) New Zealand, I’m still being shown matches that are in Australia.
And the data protection policy. This one I can just click Accept. The other one I had to do a lot of scrolling to find the button.
If I’m honest, I think I’d tap out right now. This just seems like a heap of effort. All I wanted to do was look at ticket prices!
