What a great photograph. 👏🏻👏🏻
Today is the 221st anniversary of The Battle of Trafalgar where Horatio Nelson defeated the Franco-Spanish fleet. They built a column in the centre of London to place him on and named a whole square after the battle to celebrate the victory. Today, Trafalgar Square is surrounded by ugly, makeshift barriers to protect the public from Muslims who traditionally drive cars and vans into crowds of people to kill them. In France they’re celebrating by allowing the third world people to burn down all of their buildings and in Spain they’ve opened their gates to third worlders to destroy their society. I’m not sure that Nelson would approve of where we are in England now and wouldn’t need to destroy France and Spain as they’re doing it very well by themselves. My photo of Nelson on his column viewed through the rain soaked windows of The National Gallery.

Thames Water is due to run out of money (again) over the next few weeks. A year and a half ago it was given a £3 billion bailout now it's asking for another £2.4 billion.
We really are being taken for mugs.

Nice one Ben. 👏🏻👏🏻
Another superb Page Lead article in today's Echo by @BenMapp02 on @BTFC's victory over @FarnboroughFC at the weekend @CJPhillips1982 Well done to @danscopes6 and his team @JonBenton_10 @charlieruff04 @MBonne9 @wattsy_10
Well done @macauleybonne 👏🏻👏🏻 @BTFC
So pleased that @jayporter08 was okay. Looked pretty serious for a while. Credit to physios and for aiders. And great camaraderie from our Captain
With the benefit of hindsight I've decided my favourite photo from yesterday's @BTFC victory over @FarnboroughFC yesterday has to be seeing Top Geezer @jayporter08 smiling at the final whistle with captain @ryan_scott99 after what looked like a horrible injury during the match @CJPhillips1982 Echo @danscopes6 @NickHutt3

Volunteers Wanted
Billericay Town FC are looking to expand our match day volunteer team. We’re creating a great experience at our home matches (Saturday afternoons and the occasional Tuesday evening) and this team will take that to a new level.
Our Here To Help volunteers ensure that fans have a great day when they visit the club, helping them with any questions but also just engaging in a fun way with all home and away fans as they arrive and make their way around Pulse Stadium New Lodge.
Contact us at [email protected] if this sounds like something you’d like to get involved in, or if you want to know a little more about it.

Could this be you?
Billericay Town FC are seeking someone to take on the role of Ricky The Racoon, their official club mascot. Ricky is a vital part of our match day experience team, entertaining the young (and not so young) fans outside the stadium before kick-off, walking around the pitch and even getting involved in the half-time entertainment.
Ricky’s main duties include having lots of fun while representing the club before and during matches (which are typically every other Saturday and the occasional Tuesday night) as well as at various events throughout the year.
Contact us at [email protected] if you’d like to know more.
