At a time when we need young people entering the health care field it seems contradictory to handcuff them to this no win situation.
Another example of administration not using any common sense.
In my experience, it was usually very bright and excellent students who joined HOSA. I think they deserve to be accommodated, exams have been moved/changed for far less deserving reasons in the past.
Great article in @TorontoStar this morning outlining how @YRDSB is not accommodating HOSA (health occupation students of America) students to attend the culminating event of the season. They risk getting zero on missed exams.(1 of 2)

If @CanadaSoccerEN had treated the women’s team with equality and respect then they wouldn’t have this situation. These women are world class winning athletes being treated like third class amateurs. I stand with the women’s soccer team. Pay them equally. Treat them equally. ⚽️
