The Universe is inherently benevolent. It expands and supports whatever our intentions are. This is why we must understand our shadow because our shadow has a say on our intentions too.

The collapse, disruption, and destruction we will continue to witness are part of a higher order restoring balance. This balance was profoundly distorted in the old ways of being, yet that imbalance was an essential part of the school so many of our souls chose to experience. Our souls are now ready for a different kind of school, rooted in balance, harmony, and oneness. One where we remember our multidimensional nature and explore what becomes possible when we fully anchor our divine power within our human existence.

We are in a profound window of accelerated transformation, with an even greater wave of upgrades moving through us. The current movement invites us to confront lingering patterns rooted in fear, lack, and separation - shining the light of awareness so they can move from shadow into truth. All shadow is unrealized light. And as we bring it into awareness, we create space to live from a more truthful state of being, anchored in love, trust, freedom, and the remembrance of our own divinity.

The era of the guru and the pedestal is coming to a close. A massive shift has already taken place. We are watching it find form. Those already sensing this shift are bringing forward a different kind of leadership. Where authority is rooted in the heart and in remembering the divine within all things. We can feel it in the harmony between what they teach and how they live. Their presence deepens our trust in our own knowing. Their work helps us remember that the wisdom we recognize in them also lives within us. The pedestal is giving way to a circle.

Remember, both the light and dark, the negative and positive currents in this reality serve the same divine plan. The more we come into our hearts and remember our oneness with all consciousness, the more we transcend the illusion of separation and duality. The negative force holds power over us only to the extent that we have forgotten the truth of who we are.

Part of moving out of the survival pattern so deeply ingrained in the old way is actively remembering that prosperity and abundance are not outside of us. At the core of our being lives an aspect of the Infinite Creator, giving us access to the fullness all potentials and possibilities. When this is recognized, something begins to shift. It creates movement, allowing the infinite flow of potential deep within us to materialize without resistance or distortion.

Many of us in this current lifetime will have the opportunity to transcend the dark intelligence so alive in this reality. This happens as we alchemize our own shadow into truth, while also acknowledging and accepting the role the dark plays in both creation and our own evolution. When we deeply remember that the dark, too, serves a higher order and unfolds in accordance with the Divine plan, we can release the fear we’ve held from a limited viewpoint. For in our forgetfulness, the dark can easily appear to overpower us. In remembrance, we reclaim the power that has always been within us - and begin to feel the freedom that comes from that expanded awareness.

As we move toward the equinox: wherever we are not steady or balanced in our lives may be magnified, bringing greater clarity to where we are being called to become more inner-resourced and steady. This will continue to be a priority as the old world destabilizes, allowing us to hold longer and deeper states of coherence (quantum states). So that we do not lose ourselves in all that is dismantling and can remain present for and in co-creation with all that is mantling.

Cannabis-induced psychosis is a real thing. I’ve seen it deeply affect people I care about. Please be careful. For some, cannabis can create significant openings in the energetic field, making us more vulnerable to energies that are destructive. The consequences can ripple far beyond ourselves. No judgment here, just compassion and a sincere invitation to be discerning about what we open ourselves to and what we choose to come into co-creation with. Shared with love. 🤍 Roya

Just quickly popping on to say: all is alright. The amplitude of frequency we’re moving through is something we have yet to experience and it can be difficult for our systems to adjust to. It creates a great deal of pressure in both body and mind - which may be why the body is experiencing more pain rn and the mind may feel unsteady. We’re in this degree of intensity for a few more weeks. Remember to breathe. Feel your angels around you. Feel your feet on the ground. Come back to what is here, right now. You are exactly where you need to be.

I’ve shared this before: every major event that happens moving forward will have more than one thing going on: 1) the old guard trying to remain in control as it knows the tides are turning (we are remembering) 2) natural world shifts and course corrections (earth is not punishing us, just doing what she does best which is to come back into balance) 3) energetic grid shifts and upgrades 4) our own training in surrender/faith/deprogramming and yes, at times “shocking us” out of our complacency Every event will be its own mixture of all of the above. And the most important part to remember is that this is all happening within Divine Order and for our highest good as we transition into our most truthful potential.

When we are in strong upgrade energies like we currently are in, sacred number patterns may become even more apparent - such as 444’s (144s) which for me, indicates we our in the midst of a significant leap, shifting into a newer foundation that will be anchored in even more truth and remembering. If you’re seeing a lot of number patterns that accompany these void periods, sometimes there’s not a specific message other than to remember we are not alone and we are still within a powerful divine orchestration moving us through one of the greatest transformations on earth.

We are going through another big upgrade. These waves continue to intensify as the frequency on the planet increases and our sensitivity grows. We are continually acclimating to a new energetic baseline and a more expanded state of awareness. This takes energy, patience, and, importantly, compassion for ourselves. If you’re feeling tired and extra “voidey”, it may be helpful to prioritize rest and spaciousness right now. Feet on the earth. Hand on the heart. Breathe. You are exactly where you need to be.

There is a wave of heaviness moving through the larger field today. If you feel something pulling you down, ask yourself, “is this mine?” Just listen to what arises. Many may hear a no. Simply asking this question can offer us enough awareness to detach from the heaviness. Place your feet on the earth, hand on your heart. Breathe here. You are home. You are love. You are loved.

Solar weather is ramping up again. A gentle reminder: the energies continue to get stronger, while many of us are becoming more sensitive. This combination may be part of why we’re experiencing more interrupted sleep, inflammation or bodily purging, headaches, dizziness, stronger ear ringing or fluttering, and sudden waves of exhaustion. This process is not always easy on the body, which is why it’s so important to keep sending your body love and asking what it needs. Listen closely. Be tender.
