Many of our seniors in Milton are spending Remembrance Day at home rather than at a service. We are delivering wreaths to our local retirement residences to ensure their ceremonies today are special. Thanks to April and workers in seniors homes for all that you do. #LestWeForget – at Milton, Ontario
Thank you to Ms. Hafsa, Ms. Duzen & Mr. Ehsan's classes at the @SuffahAcademy Masjid Khadijah for creating this beautiful #RemembranceDay poster for our branch.
These little handprints are poppies in a field, showcasing the sacrifices of our veterans.

75 years later, in 2019, Her Majesty The Queen spoke of ‘the heroism, courage and sacrifice of those who lost their lives’ during the campaign that led to the Allied victory.

June 6, 1944. D-Day.
We Remember the 14,000 Canadian troops who landed on Juno Beach. They advanced against difficult odds, but the Normandy campaign came at a terrible cost.
