3x people from the claude code team have left Anthropic in the last couple of weeks Including the product lead And the IPO could be as soon as the 16th Would you walk away right before your company goes public? 🤔
Friday was my last day at Anthropic. Two years ago, when Claude Code was a small internal tool, I asked it to build an RL env. I steered it for tens of hours but never manually wrote a line of code. It worked, I was hooked, and I joined the team. When we first launched, most people approved every permission prompt by hand and mostly used Claude to answer questions and write tests.  Today, the default is trusting Claude's judgment to auto-approve. Claude does large migrations and builds new products.  Helping build Claude Code into an industry-defining product has been the journey of a lifetime.  Thank you to the incredible team behind Claude Code, Cowork, and Tag. These products are the sum of thousands of great ideas from you. I'll miss working with you all. Thank you to our users for embracing a new way of working. Your constant feedback shaped so much of what we shipped and your stories made the work so meaningful. Excited to see what you all make next!

Sentry's co-founder says a candidate dropped out of an interview because they weren't allowed to use AI The replies are a crazy mixed Should interviews let you use AI or not in 2026?
had someone opt out of our interview process because they couldn't use AI for every part of the assess all i can say to that is: if that is your mindset, you're going to be unemployed in the future we dont pay high salaries in this industry for people to prompt, we pay for domain expertise

I pay $100 a month for claude and $20 for codex Never used lovable, never used bolt. Can't even get my head round switching to the claude desktop app. But lovable isn't built for me. It's built for people who'd never open a terminal Do wrappers have a future? or are they just targeting a different crowd?

Just found out Apple only takes 15% instead of 30% if you make under $1M a year 🤯 Applied in literally 30 seconds Did everyone already know about this?

Clients don't care if it was vibe coded or hand written... They care that it works and it's bug free. Am i wrong?

This time last year I’d just arrived in Budapest following an unforgettable month of building in Lisbon. 12 months later I’m skint, working just as hard but still waiting for that breakthrough moment. We’ll get there one day guys, I’m sure of that.

My first attempt at being an entrepreneur - charging friends at school £20 to jailbreak their iPod touch
Kids today will never understand the power this little icon held back in 2014

6 months ago I left Vietnam and made the journey back to the UK after accepting a founding CTO role at a stealth startup. 6 months of grinding... and we're so, so close to launch. I cant wait to see how this lands.

Claude Code now refuses to rebuild a specific existing game, even if you rename it. Fair enough on IP. But should a coding tool get to decide what you're allowed to build?

Goodbye 5h limits. Hello freedom.
We’re renaming our Max plans: Max 5x → Max Max 20x → Ultra Max is still $100/month, and Ultra is still $200. If you’re a subscriber, there’s nothing you need to do. We’re also removing the 5-hour limit for verified Ultra accounts, starting today with most existing subscribers. Newer accounts keep a temporary limit until they’re verified, which helps us prevent fraud and abuse. You'll get an email when it's removed. Weekly limits remain unchanged. View our plans here: claude.com/pricing

A client asked for light mode in twelvebit, so we shipped one yesterday. Personally I think light themes should be illegal, but the customer is always right... 🙂 Does anyone actually choose light mode on purpose in 2026?

RT @ffinbuilds: Think people should be trying this for UGC ads. Video mode locked behind a paywall now but probably worth. Especially for…

A client repeatedly sent video files to an image endpoint of mine yesterday. The error matched none of my failure patterns, so every job kept retrying and burned 9 paid model calls before it failed. Retries are not always your friend...
