Donald Trump really is the dumbest motherfucking idiot to ever walk the goddamn planet. You'd think that at over 80 years old, and after being elected president twice, he'd have at least a basic understanding of how the fucking government works. Apparently, that's asking too much. Does this moron seriously not understand that executive actions can be reversed by future presidents? That he doesn't get to unilaterally make laws? That's Congress's job, you ignorant fuck. How the hell does someone serve as president twice and still not understand the most basic principles of the government he's supposed to lead? It's absolutely mind-blowing. This really just happened. Trump signed an executive order saying no one in the future can make major modifications to the Oval Office or Cabinet Room without Congressional Approval. This comes after he literally tore apart an entire wing of the White House without Congressional approval.
